I was looking around in my bios and i found out that in secure boot my os type was set to other os instead of windows uefi mode.I have a H110M-K motherboard and i use windows 10. Should i switch to windows uefi mode and if i have to does it impact fps?

It won't have an impact on your FPS and could cause your PC to not boot properly.  If you flip it, be prepared to flip it back if something goes wrong but honestly I wouldn't touch it if everything is working as intended.

It has zero effect on your FPS, since it has nothing to do with any of that. It's only about how the system boots, nothing more. Also, if you don't use Linux or something, you can change it to Windows UEFI-mode, but it also doesn't really matter if you leave it as-is.

The purpose of UEFI Secure Boot is to try and detect if malware has injected code in to the boot loader to try and take control of the OS before its booted (known as a boot kit) and to prevent the system from booting if it has. Once POST has handed boot off to the OS UEFI Secure Boot has done its job, it has zero effect on performance of the OS. Its also worth noting that it has no effect at all unless the system is booting in UEFI mode, if you're running in Legacy Boot mode or booting an OS in Legacy Boot mode then UEFI SB will not do anything.

These days most Linux distros are compatible with UEFI Secure Boot. Even if they're not they have a workaround and will ask the user to run through it during the install process. Heck Ubuntu 20.04 has a full UEFI Boot Logo (not related to SB at all but shows how far Linux has come in being UEFI compliant).
