Dell XPS 15 9560 stuttering when playing games

Hello good people, looking for some help!

 

Bought my Dell xps 15 more than a year ago (i7 7700hq, 32gb, gtx 1050 4gb), was performing really well, but lately it developed an issue, started stuttering when playing games, especially than turning around in game. I do not play anything demanding, Apex legends on low settings 1080p f/e, which used to run well before. I've tried Throttlestop, did not help much really. re—installing windows helps for like couple of days and it goes back to stuttering again.

Sound like Windows updates are breaking things. Did you install all your drivers manually, or did you let Windows do it automatically?
