Just get an adapter. The gt 620 is removed from support and driver updates before the 2070s even launched so compatibility between them is basically not happening.

I have been trying to put my old GT 620 into my system with a 2070s because I need an extra HDMI port and would rather not buy an adapter. The issue is when I put it in it disables my extra displays and my 2070s goes down to 1080p at 64hz  rather than 1440 at 155hz like the drivers were uninstalled. Then I would get the drivers for both and the same thing happens.

notes whenever the gt620 is in the 2070s uses windows display drivers and device manager says it has a problem.
