I have a modded server with some lightweight mods, it randomly stopped working at Locale en_US in the command line then it stops, it worked yesterday. The other issue is that when we assign more than 1gb like 2gb it will just say could not reserve space in task manager it says only 1gb of 8gb is currently used before starting still when I start server just won't work, note the latest java is installed

Also try to recreate the server with the same world and mods.

Solves most of the issues.

Did u install specifically the Windows Offline (64-bit) version ?

try this command in cmd: java -version

Try to set up a new server with the same mods, world, and config.

Minecraft servers tend to become buggy after updating java.

This usually solved all the problems i had.....

there is the server.log, but that's only useful in case of conflicting mods....

if you go to programs in control panel, does java show as 64 bit ?

i am sure minecraft is using 32 bit java, do you have both 32 and 64 bit versions installed or only 64 bit ?

try to uninstall java are reinstall the windows offline 64bit version from: https://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
