Laptop Over Heating

Hello there,

 

Im using an Acer Aspire with the following specs:

 

CPU: Intel Core i7 2.2 GhZ

RAM: 4 GB

SSD: Kingston 60 GB

G. Card: Nvidia Ge Force 550 GT - 2GB Cuba

OS: Windows 8.1, 64Bit

 

Im having a cooling pan under my laptop im cleaning it ever 1 weak from the dust, but still im having low fps after a short time of use in the games,

what i can do more for cooling it.

It takes quite a lot of dust till the system throttles you. And if he cleans it every freakin weak, how likely is that?

I've never heard of anyone having so much dust but whatever.

 

 

You could open it up and change the thermal paste everywhere. Also you could mount some DIY Fan-filters to the laptop so it stays kinda clean.

You will inevitably lose fps with the laptop getting hot so thats nothing out of the ordinary but whatever you can do to keep it cool is best. perhaps a higher quality cooling pad would be a good option.

Im thinking of to take a better cooling pad, but will i see any difference? i mean my laptop is clean inside and outside, ex. im playing league of legends with 140 fps and in the middle of the game my fps is dropping to 60-70..

I use this. The fans can be moved to be precisely located under the areas the laptop breathes. It cooled my laptop from 90c under full load to 75c under full load.
