VGA Error Light after CPU voltage change

Brain5454

Yesterday I transferred my ny build from a Node 202 into an N case and since I now have a larger cpu cooler wanted to do some light overclocking.

Specs:

Ryzen 5 3600

Noctua NH-U9s

G skill trident z 3600 cl18

Asus b450i

GTX 2060 Super

Corsair sf450

The system was running fine for several hours until my first change to the voltage to 1.3v and left the cpu on 3.6ghz.

Since it didn't post I tried to reset cmos with the jumper, which I have done several times with this board before, and then tried to disconnect the cmos battery for 10min+. Neither of these worked.

The VGA ez debug led is on anytime I try to post. I have tried another gpu and the light will not turn off.

I am stumped on what could be wrong and need some help.

Thanks in advance.
