If it wasn't crashing EXACTLY like this BEFORE you changed the PSU, then the PSU is your ISSUE

 

which one of your two statements is true? If the first is true and second false i reckon its ram, if the first is false the second true and my statement above true the psu is dodgy get it rma'd and replaced.

 

It was crashing the same way before, but like, once or maybe maximum twice.

 

I don't think it's anything else other than the GPU because the PC looses signal and the GPU fans spin on 100%, for me, everything just points towards it.

Do the gpu fans spin 100% at start up too?

 

does it black screen restart? Or does it literally just go black screen with fans spinning and you have to manually restart?

On start up they spin faster for a little bit, not full speed though.

 

And it black screens and I have to manually restart it..
