So, whenever I start a game (most recent ones like CoD: Warzone/Apex Legends) my PC blackscreens and my fans start spinning at 100% speed. I tried changing my PSU. It didn't work, I tried dusting the whole PC, still does the same thing. It's my first build and I'm pretty scared to do anything without professional or someone's informed advice. I don't want to break anything. My build has a Ryzen 5 3600X CPU with a RTX 2060 Super GPU, 32GB DDR4 RAM, a Samsung 970EVOPlus 500GB SSD, 2TB Seagate BARACUDA HDD and a Corsair RM750X PSU. Thank you in advance, I'm looking forward for advices.

The go find that option, should be in the menu where you do overclocks. Depending on the board you will need to select frequency as well, try 3200 and if it crashes, 2933

My board is AsRock B450M, I have to say, nothing from my stuff is overclocked. But where do I find that option? Somewhere in the BIOS?
