Why are there 3 partitions?  It seems to be complaining about the partition system.  Was this the partition system on the old drive?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Windows likes to create multiple partitions for reasons.

My Take would be: "Delete" all partitions, so you have just 1 single unpartitioned space.
Create a Partition in that Window, and try again.

From my experience, Windows likes to decide: Nope.

For no reason at all. Happened the last 2 times to me.

Shut your Computer down, re-boot again into your Windows Boot medium, and do it again. It worked for me after a Reboot

When I deleted all the particions there were 2 remaining both 240gb which is weird since the ssd is 240 and when I try to make a particion neither of the 2 work. Tried reboting but to no avail. Also tried converting to MBR again it didn't work

Two different partitions both the same size as the entire drive.  Sounds like there’s something wrong there.

Yeah one says it has 221gigs free the other has 0 no idea how to fix it

My personal move would be a low level format and wipe the whole thing removing both partitions and start over.  Kind of a nuclear option though.  There may be better suggestions.
