Temps in the 90s

Hi there,

While gaming on my laptop (csgo in highest settings; it is also plugged in if that matters) I am getting temps in the 90s. I know it is fine to get low 90s while under load but is high fps csgo considered under load? HWInfo is recording cpu temps of up to 99c but mostly low 80s-90s. Should I lower settings and add an fps cap to keep temp lower? Temps are normal when idle.

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.
