Dead Motherboard(?)

*I THINK* My current Skylake rig died a few weeks ago.

 

The reason I am unsure is because I believed it was my PSU at first, which I RMA'd however my PC still didn't boot after the new PSU was installed. I think it might be my motherboard, but I have no way of testing it atm. It's this model https://www.asus.com/ca-en/Motherboards/H110M-K-D3/ - There is no physical sign of damage on it either. 

 

What can I do?

What you can do is go to best buy, get a new motherboard. Test it, if it works then probably that if not then something else. The reason I say best buy is because their return policy is very friendly. I've brought back parts that I broke and they usually take it if you don't straight up say you broke it.
