Other Details: I have all the peripherals needed except monitor, I have a fetish for rgb but not everything needs to be rgb, aiming for 1440p 144hz, I’m not that good at picking pc hardware but might as well try.

That is a pretty good build but no need to buy a windows 10 oem neither buy a 1tb ssd 500gb would be enough and you could get a 2tb mechanical for games only if you want more space and save some bucks

If it were pirated the key wouldn't work or it would not actually activate, I would risk buying one or not activate at all
