Not the framerates I expected

So I built my first gaming pc. It has a Ryzen 2600x, 8gb 266mhz Ram, and a Zotac RTX2060 6gb. From what I saw on Youtube benchmarks, I should get at least 70fps on GTA V at max settings, but in reality, I get like 40 to 55, and I don't know why. I have the latest drivers, and I'm using a 1920x1080 monitor. Here's the user benchmark if that helps https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/29011068. Stop playing at max settings. Userbenchmark is Awful and you should never use it for anything reliable. Try heaven benchmark or 3dmark

I mean, I bought the rig expecting to play at max settings...

You may be right, but would it impact so badly?

Yea, Ryzen benefits much more from ram than intel so when choosing a Ryzen build try not going so cheaply on ram, if you want to upgrade I suggest the 3200mhz 16gb kit from g.skill, heres a link on newegg: https://www.newegg.com/g-skill-16gb-288-pin-ddr4-sdram/p/N82E16820231941?Description=3200&cm_re=3200-_-20-231-941-_-Product&quicklink=true)

I run the benchmark on the highest settings. That was because from what I saw on YouTube, I could easily get 100fps on those settings
