So.a friend of mine asked me to fix an aio pc that he just picked upbasicallyfor free (awaiting the new parts). While in i saw it came with a 2.5 hdd, but next to it was an m.2 slot.

Question is, is this m.2 meant to be used with at least gen 3 pcie nvme ssd's, or should I just get a 2.5 ssd?

At me or quote me, I want to hear your opinion.

Hopefully anything I say is factually correct. Sorry for any mistakes in advanced.
