GPU seems to have some problem.

(sorry if i misspell) My GPU seems to have some kind of problem. My main screen does not get any signal and im writing this on my second monitor. It also sometimes makes the screen go black when under load. Specs: r5 3699, rx 580 8gb oc, 16gb ram, 600w psu

If you have any overclock get rid of it 

Also have you tried using ddu ? 

And changing the cable ?

I'll test that

Do a FULL DDU clean up of all AMD and Nvidia software then I stall the latest AMD driver. Also update your motherboard chipset drivera from AMDs website AND update your BIOS from the Board OEM website
