Upgrading GPU

Im new to the computer scene and brought a prebuilt PC. Im wanting to run duel monitors so i can game and steam. It seems like my GPU isnt powerful enough to run both my monitors. One monitor is a 27" Predator XB1(primary) with gsync and an accr xx203h(sec). I can run both monitors but when i go to start gaming my primary screen starts to jump frames. So i would love any advice anyone can offer. Thanks for the help. i will list my spec below. Also I already plan on buying a bigger power suppy for my system.

the other monitor will use around 0.1-1% of you gpu's power so you are fine with that gpu. but if you need more performance for games then you need to get another gpu.

Wait for either big Navi or ampere and if the prices were too high for you / you didn't like what it offered you can get current gen gpus for cheaper
