RX580 dead?

Hello so my graphics card recently started doing strange things, I don't know what to do. When i turn on my computer it starts flickering showing strange stuff on screen and crashes after 1 minute. GPU is ~6-7months old. Sadly RMA is not an option.

GPU - RX580 8GB SAPPHIRE

PSU - XFX PRO450W

CPU - R3 2200G (when i use igpu problems stop)

RAM - 8GB HYPERX 2666mhz

lol good thing I sold mine then. I didn't have a problem. Have you changed drivers before the problem?

6-7 months old as in you bought this new 6-7 months ago? Why wouldn't RMA be an option? Unless, you bought this card used 6-7 months ago and the actual age of this card is way older.

Is this psu even powerful enough to power that gpu ?!?
