Challenge: Will you accept?

Alright guys, so last night I had a fun idea. You guys plan a pc for me (that I won't actually build). But here is the catch you can only recommend one item, and if someone else has recommended that same type of part then you need to explain why your item is better. For example lets say someone recommends a graphics card, but you have a better one, don't just post it explain why it is better. 

Make sense?

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Any game and every game. Intensive workload.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Give me the best of teh best.
