Looking to buy a 144hz 1080p monitor on the cheap

Hi I am looking to get a high refresh rate monitor this summer but am looking for one on the cheap (preferably 250$ or below). Can anyone recommend some good models? Thanks.

CAD or USD?

 

I found a few on newegg.ca for around $250-$280 CAD (however out of stock) but best buy has a few of them. You can most likely find the same models for cheaper or on american retailers pretty easily.
