How do I change the peak speed with Ryzen Master?

Hi, so I've tried to change the peak speed of my R5 2600 to 3.9 Ghz, but I don't know if I can even change that setting or not in Ryzen Master.

me and im sure most people would suggest going to bios for anything related to overclocking. I believe it is possible and even possible to do it in the way I think you're describing. Another option is power states. Simply put you should really learn the bios before you do anything like that incase you have any issues (boot loop and etc).
