Merging 2 audio input

As the title says. Is there any software that merges 2 audio inputs into one.

 

Reason being that i own a steelseries arctis 5 headset. Which uses seperate inputs for both game audio and voice chat audio to then control with a chatmixer. And i'd like to use it when recording with nvidia shadowplay. But shadowplay only records a single input.

The easiest answer is just use OBS,

if you still really really want to combine them use Voicemeeter.
