Hi I just want to make sure if this was not so overkill, I'm just an amateur Indie Developer and building this specs. I want to fairly performance in  my money to get but I have some difficulties on finding the recommended or the minimum CPU and GPU. here are my possible specs

 

 

1st Build:

also I'm into both 2D and 3D game development i want to learn more freely.

Questions

1. as for the gpu should go with NVIDA GTX 1600 Series or AMD's RX 5500 series? 

2. for the CPU should i go with Ryzen 5 2600 or This upcoming Ryzen 3 3100?( the more performance matters to me because this build must last for 3-6 years)

3. What are your other recommendations? 

 

NOTE:

I didn't include the Keyboard/mouse and the monitors because there are so many cheap ones here in the Philippines.

Those lists a mess...

 

Do NOT get a fire hazard like that cougar. Get a CX 550.

 

Do NOT get a shit motherboard, get the ASRock B450 Pro4

 

Do NOT get the SeaGate drive. Get a larger SSD or a WD Blue since the Barracuda will NOT last that long.

 

Get a 3300X or a 3600. Anything else is a waste 

 

Get the 5500 XT over the 580/1660. Only get a 1660 Ti if that's available for a decent price

The gxs seems fine, it's in tier b+, just like the corsair cx.

I've had a few go out in a blaze of glory so I'm hesitant to recommend something I've seen catch fire on three separate occasions in three different systems.
