go over budget  Ryzen 5 3600

Here in the USA, the Ryzen 3 3100 is at minimum $144. And the Ryzen 5 3600 is $165. I am in a dilemma. Please help.

 

1. Go over budget and buy a Ryzen 3 3100 now (or a Ryzen 5 3600?). Budget is $100. Don't really want to overspend.

2. Wait for the Ryzen 3 3100 prices to go down

3. Not do anything (I cannot do this for too long. I have a 2011 MacBook Air running Linux)

 

Use cases: LoL, Minecraft, video editing, photo editing, coding websites, Zoom, music, streaming

don't some things look better when they are lowercase?
