Questions about overclocking RAM

Hi,

 I have some questions about RAM oc.

First, is does it worth it?.

I have a 990k / 5ghz @ 1.25

Evga 2080ti

My ram is G skill Trident A F4-3466C16Q-32GTZR

 

i can't find any info wether my Ram is B-die or not? I can't find any info on this kit anywhere

Tried typhoon burner but i was told it's not 100%  accurate depending on the lot of the ram but i don't have the info on the sticker

 

Can someone help me?

 

Also i would like to set it up manually in bios and not use XMP and overclock but i am not sure where to start, does someone have those sticks and can help me?

you can try 1.45V memory voltage, 1.25V VCCSA 1.2V VCCIO, 4000MHz 20-24-24-44

Here's what I managed to do : 3733 / 4000 wasn't a big improvment and seems my ram are getting warm fast (4x8) , 38c

is that any good?
