i been noticing that my pc after some upgrades performance has been subpar and not great most of the time, i had a r5 2600 and a gtx 1080 upgraded to r5 3600 and a 5700xt and i been getting some weird performance issues where if i boot it up and i dont wait at least 10 min after getting into windows i get weird fps drops randomly, anyone knows as to why and how to fix it?

Did you do a fresh install of windows after switching GPU brands?

If not, I'd recommend it because you can get all kinds of weird issues if you dont.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

never overclocked my 2600 i just have my vcore and ram voltage and cpu voltage set to x amount as a saw somewhere is was better. aslo latest bios

vcore shouldn't be 1.1. that's what's making your cpu slow. i'm not sure what the other cpu volt is that you're using. the dram voltage can stay at 1.35v, that's fine.

weird didnt have these issues before with the 2600 so what should my vcore be?
