Ok, so my understanding is that your problem is that you have a broken motherboard that you are trying to swap for a different one. When you move everything to the new motherboard and try to turn it on, nothing happens. Is that correct?

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.

Ok so basically my new motherboard whi ch is already in my case it does not boot up or power on at all but when i switch it to my old motherboard which is not broken it powers up wnd boots up. I have a Dell Optiplex 9010 and i used the default power supply unit with my new motherboard (the one inside the case) When i use it the cpu fan and case fan in the back powers up. Also if u havent already review all the streamable links.

Sounds like your new motherboard is dead. If the old one works, why not use it?

The PCIE slot doesnt work in it

Oh. Where/how long ago did you get the new motherboard. You might be able to get a replacement but based on what I see from this and your past threads, i think it’s dead.

Less then 30 days ago and it was used

then if what you say is true, open a case.  Sellers who sell items as used that do not work have to accepts returns or refund the buyer even if the listing states no returns.

What was the reason they gave for not offering to resolve your issue?
