I suggest contact ASUS support

At very least they can give you the screen details mabe a model number, gives you a fighting chance to find one. 

They may offer a charged warranty fix.

If this was a laptop, there might've been a replacement screen available. But considering this is literally a screen... No, there isn't a replacement screen. You will either need to buy a new one or a used one.
