You are not set to get a specific temperature on a specific card

Can your case breathe properly? Do you have a CPU water cooling radiator as your front intake?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

no, i have a dual aio radiator on top, and three fans in the frond, and one in the back. I read a dozen articles and they all reported much lower temps. I.e: 36 degrees idle

you might need to re-arrange your fans to get more efficient airflow in the case.

what could be more efficient? there is fans whereever fans can be

more fans doesn't always mean more cooling. if all the fans are intake, would likely cause an issue, if some are intake, some are exhaust, but in a counterproductive way, also an issue, sometimes more fans are less, etc..

also, depending on what case you have, and what slot your gpu is, there may not be much room for airflow to circulate out.
