Do you need peripherals or just a pc (Speakers, mouse, keyboard, monitor). Remember if you have a generic monitor not advertised to have a high refresh/ have a high resolution (preferably both for this high end of a build) you won't be able to experience the true amount of fps/detail that you could, and it would be a waste building such a high-end pc. I've made some choices to make it look nice rather than perform the best it possibly can, which is honestly not much better than this. If you do want it to perform as well as possible, I can edit it for that.
