My build is fairly similar to your PCPartpicker list (see my signature). You should get 120+ FPS in Warzone and GTA V at 1080p. Haven't tried Valorant, but the hardware should be more than capable of handling that game.

looks very good. should be more than capable of high fps 1080p and should handle 1440p with ease too.

Looks fine, try getting 3600MHz CL16 Ram, but it’s not fully necessary.
