Colorful CF-G1250WN a decent psu?

Hi i've been trying to find Reviews and information for this Psu, But almost all of the websites are in korean.  

My question is:
Is it decent?
Is it really 1250w?
Is the chart provided with the product true?

What would you ever need 1250w for? I'd just not risk anything and get another unit.

I was planning to buy this for my test bench... But i can't find a in depth review. (in English)

Still 1250w is like quad sli territory which hasn't been possible in years. Just grab a good 750w unit and that will be far more than plenty for a testbench.

I am aware that it's too much (1250w), I know i can grab a decent psu from the psu tier list.
But back to my original question:
Is it decent?
Is it really 1250w?
Is the chart provided with the product true?

All I know is that the price for one of these units new is around the price of a semi decent 550w unit which is a big red flag already.

That and that pretty much all colorful psu's that do have any decent feedback are almost ok to pretty darn terrible.
