Sub zero ?

Probably a dumb question , but In a vacuum, like in space , it’s absolute zero Correct ? . Which is supposed to be fuckin cold lol so like ... computer in a vacuum ? Is that a thing lol just spit balling if it’s not a thing , but like sounds kinda dangerous lol first off how dose one create a vacuum the size of a computer xD and say something goes wrong , could a vacuum of that size cause harm to a near by person ?

this is also the precise reason the international space station has huge radiators, they have problem getting rid of all the heat that is being produced on the station due to the missing atmosphere.
