Laptop fan jittering

Xerma

I bought my laptop 5 months ago (Aspire 5 A514-52G) and I can play games on it fine until yesterday I noticed my game is suddenly experiencing extreme fps drops. I also realised my pc is rlly hot about 90 degrees so I stopped playing immediately. I turned over my laptop and saw my fan (through the slits) isn't turning at all. 5 seconds later it will jut, meaning it will move by a few cm and then move back sharply a little and stop for the next 5 seconds, and repeat. It is clearly stuttering. I also noticed that this is happening in a chronological order (every 5 seconds the fan will stutter from rest). I also made sure that it is not a software problem since I resetted BIOS to default and even re-installed windows 10 but the problem still persists. My laptop is fairly new too so I didn't see a single speck of dust on the fan or the slits on the backcover of the laptop. I need help what do I do to fix this?!

Contact Acer for warranty support if the machine isn't old.
