Si i am looking at local website where people sell used stuff. I was wondering are these any good deal.

rx 570 8 gb: new around 150€

rx 570 4gb: new around 140€

rx 580 4gb: new around 170€

 

and the prices for them are

 

rx 570 4gb: 90€ the cheapest (asus expedition) and 110€ the most expensive model (asus strix)

rx 570 8 gb: 130€

rx 580 4gb: 90€ (asus dual) and 115€ (asrock phantom D)

 

there are no listings on rx 590's or good listing on vegas

 

is any of those deal a good buy or not? They are used, and i have the stuff to re apply thermalpaste and thermal pads.

Which resolution would the card be used for and what would be the other parts?

for reference gtx 960s go for 75-100€.  gtx 970 for 85-100€. gtx 980 for 150€, gtx 980 ti for 350€, gtx 1060 6gb for 110€, gtx 1070 around 250 euros, 1070 ti for 330€, 1080 for 220€, 1080 ti for 400-550€, rtx 2060 for 270€, 2060S for 400€, rtx 2070 for 400€, 2070 S for 470€.     (USED)

 

5700XT for 380€ (almost new price)

Then the RX 580 4GB models would be what you're looking for. The 8GB models seem too expensive for only having 4GB of VRAM more.

there are no listing with rx 580 8gb for some reason, but the 4gb versions seem a good deal. just wanted people's opinion about these prices.

hey! i found a deal with 135€. it has fx 8320 with 2x4gb of 1600mhz ram and decent looking cooler and motherboard. is that a good deal or not? would this be nice with rx 570/580

The RX 570 4GB should cost noticably lower than an RX 580 and in that case it's justified to go with the 570.

The 570 8GB and the 580 4GB should cost about the same. If not, go with the cheaper. If they do cost about the same, then the choice depends on the use scenario. 570 8GB would be better for multi-monitors etc.

and 3900x for 300€. new 470€

Looks like a decent platform and the perfect card for it would be an RX 560 4GB or a GTX 1050 Ti 4GB. Wouldn't go above RX 570 or GTX 1060 3GB with it.

Those FX-es can feed such a card in singleplayer, but when it comes to multiplayer they fail in the worst possible moments - when you're shot at you get stutters and framedrops.

 

Edit: Ryzens 1200 and 1300X are miles betetr than the FX-es. They do not experience such huge drops that I was mentioning. But they aren't ideal. You'd want 6 or 8 threads, but not FX. by that, i mean i7, i5, Ryzen, Xeon.
