Gpu not using 100%

When i play gta5 my gpu is not using 100% which i want for more frames and i don't know how to fix that can somebody help me

 

My specs:

Amd ryzen 5 2600

Gtx 1660

B450 aorus pro

16gb 3200mhz

i think you are playing on low settings that the reason the GPU is not active therefore it is not running  at 100%.

If your GPU is not running at maximum usually means that your framerates is lock at certain level. Often through in-game or your graphic control panel limiter or V-sync.

i have ingame vsync off.  nvidia control panel, max frame rate off. Vsync is on default. It does go over  75 fps which is my refresh rate but it doesn't use all the gpu power

What's your CPU usage?
