New DELL XPS charge 130W over USB-C?

In the recent ShortCircuit unboxing video on the new XPS 15 and XPS 17 laptops, I notice that the power delivery on these is 130W over USB-C.
How is that possible? Isn't the max wattage on the USB-C spec 100W? Wikipedia seem to say so at least, but that's for P.D. 2.0.

Is this part of a new P.D. 3.0 spec?

Probably a customized solution from Dell. Though considering the other issues, the new power rating is the least of the problems with the new Dell XPS models. I really hope Dell finally redesign these devices and improve them next year. The design is ancient the problems too many.
