"old" Damaged LTT merch repair

Hello, 

 

I bought the LTT swaket (I think thats was the name) the 22 August 2019. But, 5-6 months later it was already damaged ;(. I don't know how, I'm always inside but that is beside the point. I want to continue to wear it but the hole near left elbow, just the exterior layer, is concerning me. So, any idea if it can be repair? I could always bring it to a tailor but they are usualy expensive...

I see quite a lot of wear on it, so I'm not sure how accurate your description is.

 

As for your problem: contact LMG directly, this forum is not the correct medium!

Ho, so you want me to be more accurate hmm? The picture was taken march 11 2019, I bought it the August 22 but It arrived around 2 weeks later. I din't wear it every day and stoped as soon as I noticed the hole, soon 1 or 2 months before the picture. 

 

You think I could contact LMG for that? I just want to repair it and I thought I waited too long to still get support from them (and I don't really want to bother them).

Did you purchase it new or used and was it from LMG directly? If so, they have an obligation to honour the warranty (usually 12 months, can be longer) but as I said, you have to take that up with LMG directly. Don't worry about bothering them, they have (dedicated) staff to deal with this kind of issue.

 

PS: either it was damaged in the time machine, or your dates got messed up :P
