troubleshoot Please help!

Ok so, here is what has been going on, I have gone through 2 x570 motherboards and am now on my third. First mobo: Aorus X570 ultra random freezing issues no matter the operating system, sent that one back for an exact replacement. Second Mobo: again Aorus X570 Ultra rebuilt custom hard tubing loop, then nothing would power on but the RGB lights on the RAM which is thermaltake tough ram (white) at 3600MHz. I contacted AMD for an RMA on my 3900x sent the motherboard back. Now i have the current configuration:

Mobo: MSI X570 GodLike(New)

Proc: AMD Ryzen 3900x(New)

RAM: Thermaltake ToughRam 32GB(4 sticks @3600MHz)

PSU: EVGA 750 80 plus bronze

GPU: MSI 2080ti Ventus, replaced with ek waterblock

cooling: EKWB XE 480mm rad with 8 fans push pull config with one D5 revo pump with a massive res

New symptoms, IF the graphics card it unplugged the system turns on but gives a cpu error (I have already flashed the newest BIOS). Plug the graphic card into power and I get a split second of power then everything turns off. I suspect a failing Power supply, this is the only part all previous configs have in common so i have ordered a new power supply. Is it possible once I get the new power supply that the CPU error will go away or unlikely as the power supply might have fried it..? The thing is I believe the power supply works but fails under load, when I plug into a tester it gives all correct voltages. But plug into my system and boom nothing. please help. PS@Linus is this invision software? if so nice choice, can't tell i have built websites with it in the past but its been a while.

a psu is a decent guess, considering you have tried the cpu and motherboard. put in the new one when you get it and see if it clears up, if not, maybe check ram then gpu, seeing as they are the only original parts left.

I wrote this, read it, and I’m not sure it will be useful. I’m posting it anyway though on the grounds that it low probability might be.

Sounds like you’ve got a part that is killing motherboards, or the motherboards were never the problem or something. Generally that’s PSU but you seem to have one in the pipe. This instant turnoff thing implies some sort or driver or OS thing to me though.
