Corsair m65 pro problems

Hey I have the Corsair m65 pro mouse and I have been having problems like the side buttons not working without the icue app on. I contacted Corsair support and they sent me a replacement and for some reason the same problem is there. And now since the replacement is certified refurbished the scroll wheel squeaks a lot. I was wondering if anyone m owe how to fix both or these problems
