Looking for a Gaming Laptop Under £2,000

Been trying to workout what the best laptop I can get at this price point.

seen that there a few amd 7/9 4000 series or intel I 7/9 10th gen with Nvidia RTX graphics trying to get 16GB's of ram and 500GB SSD and at least 3 usb total and wifi 5/6 and bluetooth looking for one with a numpad and one where reviews don't complain about noise

currently been looking at an ASUS TUF A15 https://www.scan.co.uk/products/156-asus-tuf-gaming-a15-fa506iv-al038t-fortress-gray-144hz-fhd-ryzen-9-16gb-ddr4-1tb-ssd-rtx-2060-wi which seems to be one of the better ones for its price or a MSI GS75 Stealth 10SE-068UK https://www.scan.co.uk/products/173-msi-gs75-stealth-10se-068uk-fhd-240hz-i7-10750h-16gb-ddr4-512gb-nvme-6gb-rtx-2060-win10-home which seems to be the best on the intel side of things

is there one of these you would recommend over the other or anything expected to be out this year to wait for?

 

Main purpose will be playing GTA V on RP servers through fiveM currently using a HP Pavilion 15 cs0511sa https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c06060783 which works but only with low graphics and stutters so high graphics and smooth FPS is what I'm hoping to get or at least smooth gameplay or better than low settings.

General stuff:  there are a bunch of price considerations for laptops and they’re all balances.  The ones with bigger specs and higher end hardware tend to be more flimsy.  If a lot of money is spent making a good case they tend to be lower specced.   The big thing to wait for right now is navi21 and amphere on the gpu side. Faster things are always around the corner of course.  The corner for these is currently being rumored to be September.  It’s just a rumor though.  CPUs basically didn’t change for a long time but that log jam appears to have been broken.

Theres a company called PC Specialist that let you make custom laptops. If you dont wanna do that, I would personally go with the ASUS as the Ryzen 9 is more powerful

Yeah a custom laptop might be the way I go but just struggle knowing what's worth paying for as I know things like ram and SSD can be upgraded on most of them fairly easily but didn't want to chose a cpu/gpu that wouldn't handle gaming on newer titles on at least medium and high FPS pretty sure I will go with an amd ryzen  4000 series as everyone seems to rave about them right now just waiting for something with it to be able to buy.

Yay.  Predicting the future.  Never very reliable.  
 

The problem with cpu atm is what is going to matter for gaming is what the game devs write for and they haven’t written it yet.  They’re going to write most likely to maximize playability on consoles which are 3.xghz 7/14 AMD chips with a great big gpu.  They might allow play with a fast 4/8 though.  It’s just unknown.  There’s also the storage thing which is still black box.
