5700XT itx case cooling

I have a MSI Radeon 5700XT Mech OC that I am trying to cool in a Thermaltake Core V1 Case.

Not the case I wanted but the quickest one I could get from Amazon for a itx build, which may have actually been a good thing as I have ended up needing the extra space so far.

This card ran ridiculously loud in this case, So i did some digging and thought I would take a gamble with the ID-COOLING Frostflow 120VGA. Pump lifespan is questionable at that price, but its what I found.

Replaced the radiator fan with a couple Thermaltake Riing Fans in a push pull config replacing the large 200mm fan in the front, until I order some more noctua ones. So far it has kept the GPU itself fairly cool at the cost of keeping my CPU extra warm during gaming sessions. But I guess in a small build there are trade offs.

My biggest issue now is GPU Memory Temps. The cheap little heatsinks that come with the kit keep memory temps around 90 - 95c during a gaming session. From what I can tell, its within spec but barely. There is no airflow to really hit them and I don't see anyway to make that happen.

Does anyone have any recommendations for helping cool the memory or a alternative cooler for a 5700XT, its a reference PCB? Would upgrading to copper heat pads and heat sinks help or would it just be a waste?

Use a fan for the memory heatsinks?

I don't think there is enough space between the GPU and the case to put one anywhere. Even if I happened to find a low enough profile one, the only place I could put it, wouldn't get enough airflow. to probably do anything.

Doesn't that cooler have a fan next to the pump block on the GPU? Is the fan not plugged in?

It does and its plugged in, though it only covers one set of the memory modules and barely at that. Doesn't move much air. I think it's mostly for vrm cooling.

It seems the design relies on case airflow to handle the rest.

This is what I have to work with. Don't mind the mess I am still waiting on a sfx modular power supply and sfx to atx mount adapater. I would prefer to not stick a fan on the exterior of the case to. Memory modules sit on 3 sides of the pump. left, right, top. left probably gets some airflow the rest don't
