No Boot option priorites

I just built a new gaming pc

 

Z390-F Mobo

asus 2080 super

i9900K
32GB DDR4

 

Im currently stuck in the bios as I see no options to boot to my windows usb, as well as no seeing my fan speeds but I think that’s due to the Fan Controller they  are plugged into? Was wondering what I’ve most likely done wrong?
