mSATA SSD with DRAM in 2020

I am looking for a mSATA SSD with DRAM, something with a strong QD32 performance. Since I am planning to run VMs on the mSata SSD, I assume I need QD32 and not just QD1 only.

 

Any suggestions?

 

I am willing to go brandless names but with those SSDs, I don't know if they have any DRAM onboard.
