I am building my first pc this year and just needed some help on choosing between cpus. I know I want Ryzen but not sure which one to get for a single gaming/streaming set up. I was looking at the 3700x 3900x and 3950x but not sure which to get. I want good fps with still holding the ability to stream at a high quality and not drop frames.

depends on your budget. all of them are perfect for streaming

If you can get the 3900x why not? idk how much better then 3950x is or the cost difference. but the 3700x I have and when streaming red dead 2 my CPU usage is still very low.

Damn, 3500 is a helluva budget for a first PC. Go for a 2080ti and a 3950x.

PSU: Corsair CX750M Storage: 1TB Intel 660p NVME SSD and a 2TB Seagate 7200RPM HDD Mouse: Logitech G600 Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2014 HeadphonesSteelseries Arctis 7 Audio: Shure PGA58 with a Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen

3600 is enough. hell, even 3300x is enough as demonstrated by a big tech youtuber. these should be your bottom line and then just go from there.

also, if you can, wait for next gen ryzen.

all the more important is that get nvidia gpu which has better hardware video encoder.

This has $400 left over for peripherals or RGB. I included 2 monitors, as I wasn’t sure wether you needed them, but the 165hz is for the game and the 60hz for chat/obs.

id recommend waiting for ryzen 4th gen and ampere GPUs later this year tho.

Watercooler isn't needed, a esports duo 34 would be fine. You have 64GB of RAM, max you would need is 32GB. Corsair Fans arent that good, go for Noctua Ones and if you want RGB, put on Phanteks Halo RIngs. 850w is overkill, but if it's like $10 more then get it.

In short:

You still have $300 dollars for sleeved extensions, the RGB rings for the fans etc.

If possible, wait until later this year when Ryzen 4th gen and the new nvidia Ampere GPUs launch.
