motherboad ASUS Z170-S no post :(

Hi! Just moved to an asus motherboard and having issues getting it to post
On the lights it flashes cpu, then DRAM but then no other lights,
Tried 2 separate sets of corsair vengeance ram, at 2800MHZ and 2666MHZ and had no luck,

Cpu is i7 6700k, not having any luck finding anything online! Does anyone have any insight at all? Hope everyone is doing okay!

-purchased a stick of 2400MHZ to try too, just looking for insight incase I'm looking in the wrong direction

Is this board new or used ?

Have you tried clearing the cmos 

Did you make sure you have all the connectors are plugged in correctly ?

B-stock, and cmos has been cleared and everything triple checked, new psu aswell to make sure that was all fine

It doesnt have anything to indicate a post code on the board

Do you have a spare mobo or your old mother board if you upgraded or something if so maybe try that because it could be a faulty board

Funnily enough this is my second board as the other was DOA so hoping to not go down the returns route again but if it has to be done it has to be done

Can ram speeds cause this? In the manual it says up to 24000MHZ

I mean you can try and check if 2133 will work 

But if you are running at 2666 it will not work

I'll try the 2400mhz stick that is coming tomorrow, and double check that its firmly in there! I'll get back to you tomorrow! I really appreciate the help thankyou so much! I forgot how much a headache PCs can be if something goes wrong aha!
