Hello,

been having issue with PC where it seems to freeze/black screen and reboot at random. It happens with varying consistency while streaming/gaming, although it has happened while simply browsing YouTube. Normally the screen will freeze seconds before the screen goes black/my second monitor screen goes green. I got a BSOD just yesterday for the first time, i cannot remember the error but i believe it was "thread exception not handled". This was my first PC build on my own so I am quite new to this.

No i have not overclocked any of the components on the pc.

Just to point out, when you reply to a message on the post its bumps it to the top of the list, no need to create a repost.

Anyway on to the issue.

Are you on the latest update on windows 10? if not update.

Have you installed the graphics drivers, or are you on the latest graphics drivers? If not make sure your on the latest drivers. (what version are you on at the moment)

Also check and update motherboard drivers.
