I would say wait for zen 3 and ampere gpus聽

And if you didn't like what zen 3 had to offer or maybe it was more expensive you can get zen 2 for cheaper and you'll win

i agree with @TofuHaroto聽your gonna be paying a big premium because of the virus now and later you will save much more money if you wait. if you dont want to the build you have聽there is decent i would go for a 2070 super if you have聽2500 budget then get a b550 when it hopefully comes out in June聽so you can go for ryzen 4000 if聽you want to. alternatively聽you can聽get a x570 board.
