help my switch sd card corrupted

so im kinda clueless on this topic but when I try to access downloaded games on my switch, it tells the the sd card is corrupted. the first thought I had was reformatting but then im pretty sure I lose all my save data so i'd like to avoid that. also I connected the micro sd to my pc and all the files seem in tact and where they need to be but idk if moving them around would harm it in any way so im apprehensive on touching it. google searches led me to a lot of websites just telling me to pay for their proprietary data recovery software which seems kinda unreliable but i'd like to try and fix this without having to bring the card to a data recovery center. also for further context this is the micro sd card of my hacked switch so the file layout is a bit more elaborate then a standard switch as hard cus it has a emunand OS on it.

Most of the times when an SD card reaches its limits it gets corrupted. that is if you were using any old SD card.  So it  is recommended to buy a new one .

can I just move the files over to the new one or are the files basically gone? like I can still navigate whiten the micro sd card file directory perfectly fine
