So a while ago, I purchased the Baofeng F8+ III and its really good. Unlike many other transceivers, it robust, made out of thick plastic and fairly drop resistant. It also has widely available replacement batteries, so after a few years, instead of buying a new unit, you can get a new battery for only £5. It comes with 2 antennas for different frequency ranges and also come with a clip, carrying handle and a earphone with a built in microphone. The unit itself also has a microphone and really load speaker, whose volume is adjustable by the knob on the top. It also has a torch on the top.

TL;DR : It is an extremely cheap and robust transceiver and is better then most £60 transceivers.
