Which CPU to choose

Im planning on a new build and im thinking whether to go 3100 for 449,3300x for 559,3500x for 635,or 2600 for 539.For now im only doing gaming but may look to stream in the future.If so whiich motherboard no b450 tomahawk or mortar since it cost as much as ryzen 5 3600

whats the difference between b450m pro4 vs b450m pro4-F.The F one is 10 myr(my currency) cheaper should i get the F or non-f

the F has a bit older I/O but functionally, the VRMs and power stages are identical.
